Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforseen delay or your doctor has been called away.

Appointment times are generally 10 minutes(depending on which doctor you see) but longer consultation times are available and encouraged, so please ask our receptionist if your require some extra time.

Interpreter service if you or a family member require an interpreter service, we can organise this for you. please let us know when you make the appointment
